Refund Policy
- RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is a priority to us. If your product is damaged or has any issue please contact us at support@smartkidsonly.com so we can remedy the situation. For damaged or defective items we ask that you provide a picture showing the damage or defect so we can determine if it fits our criteria for a free return. If approved we will work as quickly as possible to send you a replacement product free of charge.
We accept returns on all unopened and unused items within 7days of when you receive them. For items that do not meet the criteria above you will be required to return the items at your own expense and will be refunded the original purchase price of the items (not including shipping costs).
- REFUNDS
If you’d like a refund please contact us at info@kidswix.com. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Generally, under circumstances where products are damaged or lost in transit or where we have made a mistake we will offer a rush replacement or a refund. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund for lost or damaged items. For items that are returned unused and unopened a refund of the minus shipping costs will be issued. It takes up to 14days from when the item is returned for your return to be processed and a refund be credited back to your account.
