Frequently Asked Questions

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1-3 business days. During the holidays you might experience an additional 3-5 days delay in fulfillment due to high shipping volume. Most orders leave the warehouse within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment. You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of when they were placed. After 24 hours they will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. kidswix can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address. In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. kidswix will not be held responsible for additional customs duties/taxes.

Most of our products arrive in 2-5 business days from the time your order has been placed. International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending the postal delivery service in the receiving country. During the holiday season we work hard to keep up but some times there are delays with the mail carriers that may add an additional week to the shipping duration.

All orders within the United States and outside of the United States are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment center in Salt Lake City, UT.

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. This typically occurs with large quantity orders or when items ship from different fulfillment centers.
